Don't wait in long slow moving lines at the track trying to rent your headset and scanner. Now you can rent from us in the comfort of your own home before the race starts.

We offer over 30 different combinations of Headsets, Scanners and Intercoms. Here are just a few of our combinations. Call us for more details.

You can, and we encourage you, TO FAX YOUR ORDER IN EARLY. That way it will help us get your rental out early and will insure you have a rental for the premier races.

Here's how our program works!!

Call us at FanComm before the race. Depending on your location, we need about 7 working days, depending on your location, to ensure UPS can deliver the package to you. Overnight deliveries are available for additional costs. You can reserve packages early.

We will process your order and send it out UPS to the location you specify so it will arrive on or before the date you tell us you need it by. The package comes race ready and in a tote carry bag.

When the package arrives, please do a quick inventory to ensure we didn't make a mistake in your order. Also, please look at the instructions and familiarize yourself with the operation of the equipment before you get to the track. Please read the PLEASE READ PAGES in the rental handbook.

If you don't do anything else, Please read the STOP page and the back side of the FRONT PAGE. These pages explain how and when the equipment will be picked up.

After the race is finished, place the equipment back in the box it came in, use the tape we provide to seal the box, place the return shipping label included in the rental paper work on the box, and set the equipment out for pick up on the date shown on the STOP PAGE.

There are now 3 different types of plans to get the package back to FanComm. You can select a RETURN LABEL (RECOMMENDED), a CALL TAG, or USE YOUR OWN UPS LABEL. Please read the rental form and rental form instructions for more information on these new features.

If you use the Call Tag option, a UPS PICKUP WILL HAVE ALREADY BEEN SCHEDULED. If you miss the pickup date YOU will be responsible to get the equipment back to FanComm in a timely manor. If you send the equipment back to FanComm using any other method other than what is described here and in the rental handbook, YOU will be responsible for the additional costs.

UPS has a 3 day window to pick up a CALL TAG order and ship the equipment back to us. UPS WILL HAVE A CALL TAG LABEL to place on the box. If UPS doesn't show up within 3 days of the scheduled pick up date, please call us so we can find out why UPS didn't pick up the equipment. Be advised that FanComm gets charged for all call tag orders. If it is the fault of UPS another call tag order will be placed. IF you miss the pick up YOU will be responsible for the call tag and the return shipping charges.

We have tried to make this process as painless for our customers as possible. Sometimes on rare occasions, there are problems and we will work with you to take care of any problems that might arise.

SORRY FOLKS, as you know UPS has raised their rates several times over the last few years. FanComm HAS NOT had a Rental Package increase in MORE THAN 5 years. Unfortunately for the 2013 season we are FORCED to raise all our Rental Package Prices by $5 per package to offset the higher shipping costs.

We need to have your order AT LEAST 7 (SEVEN) WORK days before you leave to go to the race to insure you get the rental units. If you place your order inside the 7 days you may need to pay for the additional shipping charges necessary to get it to you on time. Rentals shipped outside the Continental U.S. may also need additional postage. Call us to check on shipping times.

**** Acts of Nature: If an act of nature (rain, snow, earthquake, flood, firestorm pestilence, ...well you get the picture) happens during the race weekend, FanComm is not responsible. But we will provide you with a discount for the rentals when the race is rescheduled.****

NOTE: When we (FanComm personnel) can go to the races it becomes a mini vacation for us. While it is one of our primary goals to deliver the best customer service in the industry, we would prefer not delivering units to the track. There are just to many variables in trying to set up a meet time and place at the track. Weather, Traffic, track location, and other unforeseen events all make trying to meet very stressful on us.

Therefore, if you want track deliveries, at the races we go to, there will be an additional $30.00 charge.

**** We strongly encourage you to send in your completed rental agreement as early as possible. Some race sell out quickly so to insure you have a rental package reserved in your name, ORDER EARLY!!! ****

Please use these instruction for filling out the rental agreement. It's not as bad as it looks, but we need you to fill out as many of the blank lines as possible so we can get your rental to you when you need it.
